Rick Guy > A heavily damaged housing complex off U.S. 90 in Long Beach sits much like it was right after Hurricane Katrina a year ago. Many of the complex buildings closer to the beach were totally destroyed, and the rest were heavily damaged. One of the major hurdles for residents hoping to return to coast is a lack of housing.
